SIRIUS CRAVING, known by many for its neon space-themed food truck and arguably the best smash burgers in the region, has opened a brick-and-mortar space at Coho Eatery on Marine Drive. They’re serving up their famous smash burgers – 100% beef, cheese, caramelized onions, SIRIUS pickles and SIRIUS sauce atop a brown-butter toasted potato roll – coated crispy fries and SIRIUS soda, a raspberry and citrus style cream soda with hints of tonka bean.
