DESCRIPTION:Grab your skates\, or rent some at the arena\, and celebrate the season at one of the city’s themed skate days! \n  \nDec. 21: Face Paint Skate – Kick off the winter break with an afternoon of skating and face-painting. \nDec. 22: Skate with Santa – Don’t forget to bring your letter for Santa. \nDec. 23: Create an Ornament – Create your own Christmas ornament to take home. \nDec. 24: Skate with Santa – Don’t miss your last chance to give Santa your wish list. \nDec. 27: Holiday Crafts – Create your own necklace or bracelet. \nDec. 28: Clowning around the Holiday – Join Korki the Clown for some clowning around. \nDec. 29: Hockey Night at Centennial – Wear your favourite hockey jersey and be entered into a draw to win Surrey Eagles’ tickets. \nDec. 30: Dinosaur Scavenger Hunt – Look for ancient fossils around the arena for exciting prizes. \nDec. 31: Glow Skate – The lights will be dimmed and glow sticks will be handed out. \nJan. 1: New Year’s Day Skate – Ring in the New Year with a healthy snack. \nJan. 2: Family Caricatures – Corycatures will capture your family in ink. \nJan. 3: Cocoa Skate – Stay warm with a free hot chocolate with admission. \nJan. 4: Face Paint Skate – Seastar Faces will join us for skating and face-painting. \nJan. 5: Under the Sea Scavenger Hunt – Look for sea creatures around the arena for exciting prizes. \nNote:  \nFamily Skate Times – 12:30-2:30PM \nStick ‘n’ Puck Hockey Skate (For parents and kids 5-12 years) 11:30AM-12:15PM
