DESCRIPTION:Here is a list of everything happening during the Sea Festival on Saturday: \nFamily/Kid’s Volleyball – All Day\nFree Volleyball on East Beach for families and fun! Come on down and show your skills along the gorgeous White Rock Waterfront. \n \nSea Festival Yoga at 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM\nBright and early morning yoga by the beach led by Lauren Roegele. Get some exercise in an environment with positive energy. \n \nPier Doodles Sand Art at 10:00 AM – 12:30 PM\nLarissa\, the creator of the gorgeous Sand Mandalas around White Rock Beach\, will be doing a special White Rock Sea Festival themed pier doodle! We are very excited to see what she has in store for us. \n \nBCKA Kite Making at 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM\nThank you to the BC Kite-fliers Association for putting on this fun event! We look forward to seeing all the kids with their handmade kites out on East Beach! \n \n\nTeam Island Quad Kite Flying at 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM\nTeam Island Quad Kite Flying has teamed up with White Rock Sea Festival to present an impressive feat of kite flying routines synchronized to music! Tune in on Saturday and Sunday for the performance from 10:00 am – 4:00 pm. \n \nFamily Fun Zone at 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM\nEast Beach is going to be full of fun and laughter as we turn it into a mini carnival! On East Beach at the End of the Promenade (past the bear statue) you’ll find carnival themed activities on Saturday and Sunday \nWSCU Family Fun Zone – Carnival games \n1. Zombie Knock Down\n2. Ring Toss\n3. Can Can\n4. The Vault\n5. Boom Blasters\n6. Giant Plinko\n7. Shock Wave\n8. Conk the Crow\n9. Spin Art \n \nWhite Rock Skim-boarding at 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM\nCome join White Rock Skim-boarding located right beside the White Rock for a “Learn-to-Skim-Jam! We encourage everyone of all ages to come out and have some fun on the water\, skimming is an all age sport! \n \nBeach Scavenger Hunt at 12:00 – 3:00 PM\nExplore along East Beach White Rock with a fun Beach Scavenger Hunt! \nTom Lavin & The Legendary Powder Blues at 8:00 – 9:00 PM\nTom Lavin and the Legendary Powder Blues are coming to town again! Let’s enjoy their music on White Rock Beach on Saturday August 5th starting at 8:00 pm. \n \nChinese Lantern Walk at 9:00 – 10:30 PM\nOn Saturday August 5th 2017 at 9:00 pm we will be handing out Chinese Lanterns at the end of White Rock Pier. \n \nFireworks at 10:00 – 10:20 PM\nJoin us on White Rock Beach to see a beautiful fireworks show. Fireworks are scheduled from 10:00 pm – 10:20 pm. The pier and beach are excellent viewing areas. \n \n  \n
