The sun shining, blossoming flowers, and a warm breeze can mean only one thing- Spring has returned to White Rock!

While we’re known primarily for our beautiful Summer days, don’t sleep on Spring in Our City by the Sea- there are a TON of things to do.  Here are three of our favourite ways to celebrate Spring in White Rock:

Cherry Blossoms

While cherry blossoms can be found in communities all over Metro Vancouver, there’s something special about the blossoms in White Rock.  Whether it’s because of the highly walkable community, the brine on the breezes, or the warm welcome you’ll receive in our seaside community, hunting for cherry blossoms in White Rock is one of our favourite ways to spend a Spring day.

There are many places in White Rock that have cherry blossom trees- some of our favourite locations include Merklin St, Russell Ave, Fir St, and Thrift Ave.

Stop by your favourite café for a Spring beverage (see below!) and stroll through the streets of Uptown and Five Corners, White Rock as you search for the beautiful pink-white flowers of the Cherry Blossom tree!

Special Café Offerings

Spring also inspires our restaurants, cafes, and eateries to debut new recipes- and Chez Christophe and Caffe Artigiano are leading the way with some amazing Spring-inspired drinks!

Stop by Chez Christophe for their Mini Egg Mocha or Hot Chocolate, or their Iced Carrot Cake Latte- new twists on two classic Spring flavours that are perfect for Easter!

And be sure to stop by Caffe Artigiano for their Cold Foam Cappuccino or their Lychee Matcha Latte- two iced beverages that will have you dreaming of the summer days ahead while treating your taste buds to the best Spring they’ve ever had.

These beverages are only available for a short time, so don’t miss out- visit today!
