Happening this May in White Rock, Our Living Languages: First Peoples’ Voices in British Columbia is an engaging, award-winning exhibition that offers a powerful look into the rich tapestry of Indigenous languages in BC. Presented in recognition of the United Nations International Decade of Indigenous Languages (2022–2032), the exhibit invites visitors to discover the resilience, complexity, and beauty of these languages. Through interactive displays and personal stories, learn how First Nations communities across the province are working to revitalize and preserve their traditional languages. Don’t miss this inspiring celebration of cultural strength and linguistic diversity. The White Rock Museum is open Tuesday to Sunday from 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
