The classic story of an American hiding from his past in a bar in French Morocco, only to have his past find him. Rick’s disengagement from the world is tested by the arrival of a Nazi colonel, a Czech freedom fighter and his old flame Ilsa. Even a corrupt French police captain cannot protect Rick from the Third Reich when events spin out of control.
