The beloved Torchlight Parade returns to the White Rock waterfront as part of the White Rock Sea Festival and Semiahmmoo Days on Saturday, August 3.
Marine Drive will be awash with colour and light as this vibrant event travels 2.5 kilometres along Marine Drive from Bayview Park to Semiahmoo Park. Bring your glowsticks, grab a seat along the route and enjoy the show!
