Sea Festival

Here is a list of everything happening during the Sea Festival on Sunday:

Family/Kid’s Volleyball – All Day

Day 2 of free volleyball on Marine Drive. Come and enjoy the sun with your family and get some activity with this loved team sport.

Sea Festival Yoga at 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM

Bright and early morning yoga by the beach led by Anne Jones. Get some exercise in an environment with positive energy.

Pier Doodles Sand Art at 10:00 AM – 12:30 PM

Larissa, the creator of the gorgeous Sand Mandalas around White Rock Beach, will be doing a special White Rock Sea Festival themed pier doodle! We are very excited to see what she has in store for us.

Family Fun Sandcastles at 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Who doesn’t love Sandcastles in Summer? Come on down to White Rock Beach for a Family oriented sandcastle competition. We hope to see you on the beach.

Team Island Quad Kite Flying at 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Team Island Quad Kite Flying has teamed up with White Rock Sea Festival to present an impressive feat of kite flying routines synchronized to music! Tune in on Saturday and Sunday for the performance from 10:00 am – 4:00 pm.

Family Fun Zone at 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

East Beach is going to be full of fun and laughter as we turn it into a mini carnival! On East Beach at the End of the Promenade (past the bear statue) you’ll find carnival themed activities on Saturday and Sunday

White Rock Skim-boarding at 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Come join White Rock Skim-boarding located right beside the White Rock for a “Learn-to-Skim-Jam! We encourage everyone of all ages to come out and have some fun on the water, skimming is an all age sport!

Beach Scavenger Hunt at 12:00 – 3:00 PM

Explore along East Beach White Rock with a fun Beach Scavenger Hunt!

Waiter’s Race at 3:00 – 4:30 PM

The Games are on! Join us for the Annual Waiter’s Race that pits the fastest waiters along Marine Drive against each other! We are anticipating a fun crazy event as always! Congratulations to last year’s winners: Uli’s Restaurant!

Torchlight Parade at 8:15 – 11:00 PM

The Torchlight Parade will take place along Marine Drive heading West to East from 8:15 – 11:00 pm. Last year’s Torchlight Parade along Marine Drive was a huge hit! We couldn’t be more excited for the 2017 floats.
