Legion of Sound had a great first year – Thank you to all the fans and bands that played last year. Now it’s time to kick it all off again with our annual fundraising party to help raise funds to pay for bands, technicians, hall costs, insurance costs and equipment rentals.
Legion of Sound is a Provincial B.C. registered charity focused on music development funding programs that provides emerging artists, and concert support workers with fair wages and brings live music programming to communities across B.C. at a fair price and on a consistent basis.
Come out and see 3 great bands and eat some of the best damn BBQ you’ll ever have. This year Railtown Cafe is generously providing a full Texas BBQ with all the fixings!
We’re super excited to also say that Marketing 604 Group – Homelife Benchmark Realty Corp. has generously sponsored us this year to help us raise more awareness and funds to ensure that the future of music has a real chance for success.
Come out and have a great time, eat, drink and be merry. All proceeds from this event will fund shows throughout the year at community halls on the peninsula at a fair price and provide living wages to artists and support workers who help make things happen in live music.
